Any alternative to MIT app inventor for Windows Phone?

Hello,
I got a bit interested in Windows Phone programming then though i haven't tried it yet, but the thing is, i don't know what's the software you have to download in order to code for Windows Phones.

The thing is, i have an Android tablet and I'm familiar with MIT app inventor, but is there an alternative to it for Windows Phone 8.1?

What @COLGeek linked to is generic Windows Phone SDK - Visual Studio, SDK, etc. You can program in C#, JavaScript, etc.

Per my knowledge, there's nothing like App Inventor in WP (and I am still curious what kind of app one would develop with it on Android, anyway).
