Any custom build laptop websites that accept Non US card?

I've been trying to order a laptop from following websites:

XoticPC
IBuyPower
CyberPowerPC
Amazon
NewEgg

They do not accept Non US card.

I really want a custom build laptop but I cannot buy it. What should I do?

P.S. I'm living in USA at the moment.

I believe the legal age is 15 in Thailand.
The age is pretty young in USA although it depends on the bank and State and even if you are foreigner.

I've seen people who have been to the USA for studies and they've had no problems, I hope you get your problem fixed soon!
