Any info on a receiver called "Dream"..?

I was at a local swap meet and saw some new FTA receiver called "Dream".
Supposedly, the seller said it was 4.2.2 compatible. Any info on this unit?
Is it 4.2.2 compatible?

Would be a dream if it is cheaper then an Integra.
