I'm a newbie in technology. Can anyone help me plz?
I need a software that can help street maps, convert GPS data to Excel, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, or another program for my work.

How do you convert GPS data to Excel? GPS data is just three numbers, that's it. Mapping these three numbers to street address is entirely different question. You might want to check Google and/or Microsoft APIs for that. GeoNames.org also provides similar information.

Most GIS systems already have maps you might use, or have utilities to convert "public" maps into their own format.
