I have three security cameras 2 off one make and another of a different make.
Is there an app to use on my tablet to monitor all the cameras?

If the vendors of the security cameras have an app to do so then yes. There is no way to know what will work with your cameras without you looking things up for your brands and models. Some cameras you can connect to view things over the internet when outside the house.
