Solved! apple earpods 3.5mm picking up only scratch sound but not picking up human voice.

I have two apple earpods 3.5mm and it only picking up the sound when I touch Mic button [like ASMR] but it not picking up my voice anymore.
The second earpods also stop picking up my voice 4 days after the first one.
I did something wrong or it just coincidence broken?

If you tried them on several devices, then likely they are just broken.
