Well... remember Apple lives and die by its prodcuct design and marketing not theirardware spec. I am not surprise why Apple treat their product design as a live and death top secreat.

I believe all emplyees in Apple must sign some kind of agreement to keep the company's secrect. Althought I don;t like the way Apple does things, but this kind of thing is never a news in the business world. People get fired for the same reason all the time.

No matter a co-founder or not, since Steve Wozniak has left Apple, it is not a surprise that somebody get fired by showing company's not yet available product (3G iPad was not available that time)to a non-company employee.

Poeple have the choice to not work in a company. However, when people decide to take the contract... he/she lives by the contract.

Same rule applys to CIA, FBI, military, many many private companies, and many others.

Personally, I don't begrudge companies that make a lot of money. That in and of itself is not enough reason. How they got the money, how they use it, how they treat others, etc is the more important part. None the less, by my terms of judgement, they are still evil.

They didnt fire powell because of the bad PR they would receive. If they fire powell than he can easily find a job he'll probably get offers if Msoft/Adobe whatever company is smart. Like I said If the apple marketing squad is smart they'll have gary introduce the new iphone this summer.
