application to send/receive file by using wifi router(desktop and mobile devices

in my home
i have the wifi router
to it 1 desktop
and 2 mobiles
are connected .
now i need to know is there any application
for sharing/sending files from 1 device to the other using this wifi router network...

I think that ES File Explorer on your phones can do most of what you want. The other obvious solution is to use Google Drive, although that will send everything to the cloud first.
