Solved! Arc doesn't work, Samsung smart tv with pioneer vsx-831

Arc to arc connection, video and sound of dvd pass to the TV but the sound of TV doesn't pass to the pioneer.
Diagnose on the pioneer detect a problem on TV side.
Don't see any set-up option for ARC on the Samsung.

To use ARC you need to have it in both the TV and receiver. The receiver HDMI output has to connect to the HDMI-ARC input on the TV (there will only be one marked ARC). The cable has to be an recently made HDMI cable. You may have to turn the ARC on, the TV speakers off, and change the audio output type to get it to work. You also need to select the ARC as your connection for one of the inputs on the receiver.
Lastly if you can't get it working use the optical audio output. No loss of quality.

Thank you,I know all this and I know the solution of optical audio but I have the 2 ARC connectionsand Tried 2 cables, the problem is on the samsung and think.

The next generation of HDMI 2.1 will have better ARC than the current 2.0

I'm having the exact same problem with my Samsung TV and my Marantz receiver. Both have "ARC" capabilities and I'm using the correct inputs and a "high speed" HDMI cable from Amazon basics.
