Architect Student Laptop

Hi there,

I am looking for a laptop for a friend who is an architect.

My friend will be using these programs daily: the adobe package, auto cad, rhino and v_ray.

I know that 3D rendering is pretty cpu intensive, and I assume that a it is something that an integrating graphics card couldn't handle? I know that a desktop would be far cheaper and far more effective for this task, but she seems set on having a laptop due to being a student. Any help finding a suitable laptop would be much appreciated.

I'm looking for a a few laptops at different price ranges, between 600 - 1000 pounds would be great, if anything cheaper could be found that would be great, but I know that is a long shot.

Thanks for the suggestion! do you know any cheaper ones that would do a good job? or do you think it's not worth it?
