Are MSI Laptop batteries user replaceable?

Hi, i was wondering if the MSI GE62 Apache 276 laptop batteries are user replaceable and if they are where do I find them? I'm thinking about buying that laptop as a mid grade all purpose laptop for both school and gaming but I don't know what to do if for example the laptop's battery were to go bad and I'm off the manufacturer warranty. Is the battery user replaceable? Or is it something that i would have to send to MSI to replace?

Hi,

There isn't much information about replacing the battery of that laptop yet as far as I know but I may be wrong. Since it's still a new laptop I would say you'll have some hard time finding a battery replacement if ever it needs one but there's always the manufacturer the means YES you'll need to send it and they are the one who will replace the battery if needed.

thanks also i was wondering should i stick with getting the one with the skylake cpu or is broadwell still useable? im wondering if the extra $300 is worth it or should i just get the model that i named above? thanks for the battery answer though
