The specs that you want are:
1) screen size (larger is easier to use but less portable)
2) screen resolution (2560x1440 or higher ideally)
3) screen panel (IPS is better than TN, and you may want anti-gloss/matte or similar to avoid glare)
4) System Memory - more is better (want at least 8GB likely)
5) CPU - higher thread count is better (Intel 2C/4T, or AMD 4-core at minimum)
6) GPU - addon GPU not necessary though can help (such as NVidia GTX1050)
*They both appear to use AMD APU's, so not as good as Intel though the first one (X555D) is okay for the price.
**The second one (X441u) is very poor for the task. It's specs are:
- 1366x768 (low resolution screen)
- up to 4GB system memory
- only 14" screen
That's the opposite of you want for video editing.

I'd also get a USB HDD so you can make a backup IMAGE periodically (Acronis True Image works well). I'd setup a weekly profile, then set a reminder periodically to plug in the HDD. If setup correctly it will see if the time has passed then backup. If you have a failed drive or some software issue you can RESTORE the image.
