Arrow Keys on Acer Aspire E14 not scrolling like usual

It adjusts brightness/volume instead but works if I press Fn key, After pressing Fn key then numpad is active and I can't type on the keyboard normally (like instead of P i get *). Pressing shift activates num too, How can I use arrow keys to scroll without using Fn and without activating the numpad? I cannot scroll normally without having to use Fn, that activates num. I tried Fn+ScrollLock or Fn+Numlock but it didn't work as well as reinstalling driver. Thank you in advance.
