Aser E 15 can't type password ?

Aser E 15 my laptop
Now I can't type password to that password bar.there no text bar...
Mouse pointer can move. But no text bar
Plz help me to type password.!!!!

Hi,

Have you tried loading in Safe Mode and see if it will let you type your password.
- While the laptop is booting up, repeatedly press on F8 until it loads Advanced Boot Options then select Safe Mode.
- Once it loaded in Safe Mode, do test it again and see if it will let login.
- If it will still not work I would suggest contacting ACER support for password related concern.
