asking in two places on this site just in case

when i open the security menu and then click on the device administrators,first time it didnt do anything and the lettering was a grey tone instead of the usual black font...second time i tried it was no longer grey and opened after clicking on it but said"no device administrators"....it seems to be locked or otherwise inaccessible.cant i or shouldnt i be the administrator?it seems strange that im not the administrator of MY device....can i and if so how do i become the device administrator of my mobile device?

What device are you talking about and why are you even checking there? Is there some other issue you are trying to fix? Did you contact the service provider where you got the phone from?
