Aspire 4710 vista recovery disk

Hello,
how to restore my system
when i try to run e=recovery utility it says type empowering password

I don't know that password and never accessed before
I try 000000 but its wrong

I also cant access bios because its locked and need password too

please help

i have not taken back up of Os windows vista for my aspire 4710.... i have formated my laptop.... so what can it be done pls can u suggest...
