Hello,
Trying to reset to factory settings and not got CD or previous back up/ Triend Alt and F10 option but does nmot bring up e recovery option - loaded Norton security and that is when I seemed to have problems upon resetting as now I cannot seem to be able to load into safe mode and windows just not loading and dont even get the ACER logo at the start up point. Any suggestions?

You can always order the recovery disc set from acer. After recieving them and doing the restore, teke the time to create a set of recovery discs and if you are capable, make an image file of them on another machine so you can always make another set if the need should arise
