Aspire E1-570G on a loop

My laptop Acer aspire e1 570g is stuck on a loop and I have tried every method to open it..It is also not taking any cd or pendrive to boot..Only f2 key is working and it is of no use at all..I tried entering safe mode and alt+f10 is also not working no use all of them,what to do pls solve this...??

You say it is stuck on a loop and won't do things, but you didn't mention what it 'is' doing exactly. More details please.
