Can I upgrade my graphics card?
This laptop was originally meant for homework but I would also like to game on it - currently gaming on it is pretty impossible as the fps is extremely low.
I would like to know if i could update my graphics card (Processor?) to one with improved fps performance,
If it is possible, could you give me a detailed step by step on how to do so?
Thank you.

System info:

Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 10586)
System Manufacturer: Toshiba
System Model: Satellite C55-C
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU N3700 @1.60GHz (4 CPUs), ~1.6GHz

Solution
Sorry, no you cannot. Intel graphics are built into the cpu and not a card that you can replace/upgrade. Most laptops do not have GPU's that are upgradable by the way even when they have a gaming card in them.
