Im looking forward to buy a laptop as a student, im on a limited budget so please keep that in mind and building a pc is just a no-no for a college student

I have several choices of laptop that i can afford, here is the list.. Feel free to suggest anything that might suite in with my budget..

1. Acer 5 A515 51g 55a5 (2600myr = 620usd)
- i5 7200u
- mx150
- 4gb ddr4 ram
- 1tb hdd

2. Asus g551j(second-hand/used) (2500myr = 596usd)
- i7 4710HQ
- gtx 860m
- 8gb ddr3 ram
-1tb hdd

3.Lenovo Legion y520 (3200myr = 763usd)
- i5 7300HQ
- gtx 1050
- 4gb ddr4 ram
- 1tb hdd

The cost for my books for my first semester cost around (600myr = 150+- usd)
Btw, i've just converted my country's currency to usd for ease of comparision.. I hope it helps.. Ohh, and i will be studying engineering,so, im guessing all those laptop can pretty much run softwares like MatLab ,autocad and stuff

I think the Lenovo Y520 is better because Lenovo is the best budget laptop and have a good performance, and the Lenovo have a good Graphic card and a good processor.it is a good laptop for students to do their homework and play some heavy game.I know it is more expensive while compare another two laptop but the it can use for many years. The ASUS laptop have a bad RAM so it will lag sometimes and the ASUS have ato bad graphic card so it will also lag.The best choice is Lenovo, I'm a student too,I know the issue of budget is getting us mad,but it can use for many years, trust me

Yea, to be honest, my hearts truly want to go with the option 3, but i would still need to consider some money for books and stuff... So, option 3 is somewhat "lust in games" kind of a decision.. if i have to choose between option 1 & 2 which one should i go with?

The first. The mx150 can run modern games. Of course you have to lower resolution but it can provide decent performance. Only grief is the ram but you cab upgrade that sometime later when you get some cash. Its not as future proof as the lenovo but it will be able to do games with decebt graphics for a few years.
