Asus battery warning, consider replacing your Battery

My ASUS laptop Model X44H battery charging at the red cross and there can not be filled, there is a command "Consider Replacing Your Battery", How to fix?

U need to buy a new battery for your laptop... (there no other fix)

your current battery already at it's charging cycles limit...
