Asus f555 can it run dual channel ram?

I bought an asus f555 with amd a10 r6 series with 4+4 gb ram expandable to 12gb.
When i use cpu z it says that my ran is running at single channel. Does it means it just run single channel or the installed ram is not compatible with the onboard ram?
It has 2 slots ram 1 onboard and 1 already occupied by 4gb ram

if laptop currently has 1 stick of ram then it is in single channel mode. if running 2 identical ram sticks then is running dual channel mode.

Can i match what is installed onboard ram to get dual channel? Or i am condammend yo have only a single memory channel apu?
