Hey,
I own a asus fx503vm and Since i reinstall Windows the Performance ist too Bad. I have deleted the esuport folder. Can anyone Upload the folder?
Sorry for my Bad english im from germany.

The eSupport folder contains laptop manual & drivers, all of which can be downloaded from Asus anyway so you don't need that folder if you accidentally deleted it -- it doesn't matter.

You can download the drivers from the Asus support area on their website. This is the Asus Global downloads page for your model:

I Know, but there are a few Programms missing in te Download Center

Are you sure those missing programs were already on your laptop when you bought it?

Yes, i'm absolutely sure that they was preinstalled

Well then, only way to get them back I reckon is via factory recovery/reset --- should fix the performance issue too, unless it's caused by some faulty hardware.

Be sure to copy any important data to another location (eg external hard drive or optical discs) before running the factory recovery

Do you mean a new Installation? Or how do i make a Factory reset?
