Asus G46VW makes screeching noise when speakers are on

So whenever my computer's sound is on it makes this weird screeching noise: http/vocaroo.com/i/s131vUnA1KeI

This only happens when sound is on, and the headphones are not plugged in.

I had a crash the other day where there was a blue screen crash but the bottom half was distorted, I haven't had the problem before then.

Everything works fine, and it doesn't play through headphones, but i'm wondering if this is serious or can be removed.

Nvm I figured it out, the computer's mic was turned on and it was causing a feedback loop. Weird that it only started today but whatever I suppose.
