What you did was perfect except before doing this you must rest by holding down power off for 20-30 seconds.
Let go and unplug any usb attachments as wireless mouse,etc,
After 10 minutes turn back on and repeat what you earlier tried.
If that does not work troubleshoot to find affected drivers and why.EXAMPLE- keyboard or mouse not working properly. Before turning off and after all above actions done, ubunstall faulty driver as keyboard and reinstall drivers. REMOVE ANY PROGRAMS TROUBLESHOOT DETECTED BEFORE UNINSTALLING AFFECTED DRIVERS IF POSSIBLE.
Power off. Reset once and it should be all set to go. IF NOT bring to dealer unless anyone gives another way.
