Asus GL552JX help please!!!

planning to buy this laptop

heard some kind of screen flicker at a brightness of 0-99% the screen is good at only 100% brightness I will be using it for gaming so plz I need your suggestions

Hi,

Based from the reviews I've read you are correct about that flickering issues with it but apart from that considering it's price you'll definitely get your moneys worth with it. I'm pretty sure that ASUS is already finding a solution about that glitch and probably it's just need some update with its graphics card.

Should I go for it??? It's an old model I think...still it has still got no update??and by the way fifth gen or a fourth gen i7 should I go for?? What is the difference in them???
