Asus gl702v randomly shutting down

I cant seem to find the problem , ive cleaned the fans put two additional coolers still shutting down on opening netflix and watching for 2-10 mins ... used event viewer it says at the time of shutdown it was due to application api,updated gfx driver still has the same problem, afraid of formatting the whole laptop bcz of the random power off... tried to diagnose problem by taking battery off and battery on still same results...my diagnosis is that my battery is almost dead( not even one year completed) and charger faullt or motherboard problem... ive never updated windows 10. I’ve been trying to find out the problem for 3 months

No, it shuts down on almost anything minimal application

Try different RAM or one RAM stick at a time, try a clean Windows setup. If those don't work, then yes it may be a bad motherboard.

Today after swapping charger it worked for 1 hour approximately and it sleep by itself, i have used nvidia inspector and brought it to pstate 0,1... I thought that would fix it but still it shuts off

I was in boot screen like 2 times and still it shuts off after 5 mins (not one hour)now..... so if i let it not used for a half a day it works for hour again after that then same thing repeats...

I gave to Asus Service center for diagnosis,after few days,they said they didn't get any problem like this....so I checked it myself in my room. Mysteriously , it worked without auto shutdown
