ASUS K52JT CPU upgrade

Hi there!
I have ASUS K52JT (CPU: Intel Core i5 480M). It has been repaired recently, the motherboard was replaced with the new one, having Intel Pentium P6200 on it. So now I want to upgrade the CPU. I wonder if I can put a quad-core core i7 (for example i7-740QM). I have found out, that there was a modification of my laptop with that CPU (https/www.amazon.com/K52JT-XV1-15-6-Inch-Versatile-Entertainment-Laptop/dp/B004NSUSAC). But I'm not sure, if that modification had other cooling system. What do you think?

is it same tdp? what i know is i3 35w, and i7 45w is it able to boot properly, and usable

Unfortunately it's not, i5 has 35W and i7 has 45W, that's why I'm asking for help
