ASUS K53E laptop sudden shutdowns / no boot now

I have an asus laptop it is randomly shutdowns suddenly and randomly accepts to turn on rather than immediately power off after I press the power button.

• 
  I had disassembled it but with no hope
  I changed the thermal paste of the processor and cleaned all of it from dust(wasn't much)
  I tried the HDD in another laptop and it is working fine
  I tried to remove the RAM and try it in another slot and also didn't make any progress
  I tried to reset the CMOS by removing the battery
  I tried to power it on with/without/both AC adapter and the battery
  I tried to reset it by pressing the power button for 1 min and turning it on with the battery only

any help tracking down the reason of these shutdowns would be appreciated

update:

It started about 5 minutes now I could manage to open the windows event viewer
nothing suspicious but there's only 1 critical log in the system tree its details:

event ID: 41

Description:
the system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first....

I have an asus k53e and I had changed the charging adapter cable then the whole adapter and some one re-soldered the charging port before because the laptop wasn't charging, after the last time when i bought another new adapter the laptop was working well until it started to shutdown suddenly, at first it shuts down after maybe half an hour and that timing was constantly dropping until it came to shutdown after the power on button is pressed, so I used my friend's laptop charger and it worked with no shut downs for 2 hours now, I had then reverted to my charger by now and used a tool called HWinfo to check the battery sensors (charge rate, voltage ,etc..) nothing changed from both of the chargers however after a couple of minutes I found that the charging rate started to constantly drop by 0.1 W per 2 seconds
I reverted to my laptop's charger and it did the same thing constantly drop by 0.1
the battery level at the start of this phenomena was about 70%+
now the battery is 91.9% and the charge rate is 9.5 (max achieved was 25W)

I would like to know if this is normal and/or it's in anyway related to the shutdowns ??

Update Day 2:

So I had found that the thing called "charging rate" is that it throttles down when the battery is charging up near 70 till 100%

Laptop is working fine till now the only fault is that after a shutdown -> pressing the power on button -> it lights up (the button) then a ticking sound (1 tick) like a CD ROM needle sound then the laptop shuts and re-opens by it self a couple of times with the same ticking until I keep pressing F9 or any other key the sound goes away and the laptop turn on easily

any help would be appreciated.
turning the laptop upside down -> the tick is coming from the HDD i guess

tried the HDD in another laptop it's working fine + no bad sectors

would a dead BIOS battery do this?
