Hi, you can try to disconnect the ribbon for the keyboard from the motherboard, after reconnect the ribbon and see if the problem is resolved.

Have you gotten an answer yet... I have the same issue... I don't think it did it when I unpacked it... it did a couple of updates and POOF... its my 4 key... it goes r4s4b4 and the question mark key doesn't work... any advise or resolutions greatly appreciated
