Solved! Asus laptop can't completely turn on! Only halfway

I was installing windows 10 to my TAICHI21 asus notebook pc but then couldn't load correctly! The worst Since then it has only been starting and switch off before it really finishes switching on, like a desktop when the power goes off! I thought the hardware part has problem and not the software part.I disconnected the battery to work it like a desktop but still it kept switching off! Disconnection of the battery and the persistence of the problem afterwards proved the battery to be ok! When unplugged nothing works only black screen!
Any help would be highly appreciated!

How far exactly does it load? Does it try to start windows then reboots? Or does it shut off totally? Can you try doing a factory reset on it using the recovery partition? Test with one RAM stick at a time or different RAM.
