ASUS Laptop Disc IO Error 0xc00000e Need Help!

I am having a quite bad problem with my laptop. After a few minutes of using my laptop it will give an application error:

[APP.exe application error]
The instruction at 0x000007FEF686AF48* referenced memory at 0x000007FEF686AF48*. The required data was not placed because of a disc IO error 0xc000000e
Press OK to terminate the app.

*This code differentiates every time I get the error.

When I press OK my laptop shuts down. Upon reboot, it asks for a Check Disc scan, and passes. I need help as I cannot really use my laptop for any long amounts of time before it crashes.

disc IO error
not a memory error but a hard drive on it way out. use hdtune click on the health tab and read your hard drive smart warnings. if there any red or yellow time to replace the hard drive.

Sorry I updated the title.
As for HDTune, the health says warning. It says 5 unstable sectors. So is there anyway to fix this or should I just straight-out but a new hdd?

if the unit under warranty have the vendor replace the drive if it out of warranty i would replace it.
