My laptop has a 1TB hard drive can I replace it with another 1TB but ssd and if yes which one is compatible? preferably to buy from amazon.

Secondly is this ram okay for my laptop?or do you have something better to recommend??

Yes

Any SATA or NVME SSD should work

That should work but get something faster, 3200mhz is pretty much bare minimum these days, I made the mistake of getting 3200 for my workstation and not spending more on 4000mhz
