I followed the directions an it put me into reboot an select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device an press a key. I pushed a key it re shoes the same I shut the laptop off an turned it back on an this came up again so what should I do?

If you can get into BIOS, locate the HDD or your SSD as the primary boot device. To ask, what is the SKU for your laptop? What OS were you on and if the issue was seen previously?
