The one with the 5th generation CPU (i3-5010U) is going to have better CPU performance and far better battery life, but slightly lower gaming performance.

Main difference I imagine is going to be the smaller screen - more portable, but, well, less screen.

The 1st option with GT 820 is the way to go. nVidia has descent drivers and compatibility with Unity (same for AMD), but I cant say that for Intel.

The second option is the best in my opinion as the cpu is the most important thing in programming. As you only do casual gaming the igpu will be enough to handle those but I will say that the screen will get annoying for you when you program and use unity. I have a 15,6 inch laptop and I didn't like how unity laid out its ui as it made it very difficult for me to align things.
