Asus laptop Issues

my asus laptop goes blank that i am not able to use it anymore until i power off and on before it is okay for me to use, this sometimes repeat it self constantly. is it because of heat/ high temperature, because an engineer has checked it severally but it keep repeating itself.

What did this person that checked it actually check? Need some details about the issue, does it happen at any random time or only when it's running a log of programs or in game? Does the screen just go blank but everything else look to be running OK? If it's in a video or something with sound, does the sound keep going normally?
