Asus laptop keyboard isn't working

Some keys aren't working, including 6, 7, y, u, h, j, etc.
I uninstalled the keyboard driver and rebooted the computer and it's still not working.

If you already did the uninstall, reboot, reinstall driver test, then you need to try an external keyboard.

If the external one works fine, then it is the attached keyboard and it may need replacing. However, should the external one still have the same problem, then you are talking possible motherboard issues.
