Hello.
Recently some keys on my Asus k50I stopped working (T and Y).
So I got another keyboard (shop guaranteed me it was the correct one).
When I connected it and logged in to windows, not a single key works correctly.

For example L = Z, shift and control don't work.
Not a single key matches the one described on the keyboard.

Language settings are all OK.
Tried uninstall the controllers and rebooting, no luck.
Tried NUMLOCK, FN+NUMLOCK, no luck.

Complained to the shop, they gave me another keyboard, same problem with a new symptom.
At some point I was spamming CAPSLOCK and the laptop shut itself down and I could not turn it on until I removed the battery..

Out of ideas at this point.

USB keyboard works fine.

Go online, eBay, Amazon, etc.. search for your laptop model for a keyboard, make sure your model is listed as compatible. Should nbe maybe $20-25.
