ASUS laptop keyboard shift coming off

My shift key is coming off the keyboard and I don't know what to do. It sometimes got stuck but it usually got out within 10 seconds but this time I was playing csgo and it got stuck so I pulled it out with my nail but I put too much force.

If it will not click in, you need to look at it and see if it's the key or keyboard side that is at fault, look for broken plastic clips. Replace whatever is broken. If on keyboard, you would need a full new keyboard but they are pretty cheap.

Do you have the two white clips on the key in the right configuration? They are pretty easy to put on in reverse order, one goes over the other. If it still does not click in, then something may have gotten ripped off.
