Asus laptop looping after automatic shut down when the battery is out

CPU: Intel Core i7 -- 3630QM, 2.4GHz
Memory: 4GB
HDD: 750 GB
Laptop keeps looping at the logo screen. I tried to press F1 to F12 and nothing is working.

so why is the battery out?
Most laptops need the battery to regulate power going into it. Different voltagets etc.

I was plugging in the wires to charge it but the charger came out and I didn't knowtice and I used it until it's out of battery
