Asus laptop suddenly shuts off while starting up

I've recently made a thread about my laptop getting high disk usage which none of the solutions worked. Now, as I've said in the previous threads, this laptop is new, less than a month old. The laptop boots up showing the Asus logo with then after a few seconds, it suddenly powers off (with a weird sound coming from the hdd) I've already have spoken with an Asus Service Center and says that the high disk usage is "completely normal" Wtf? They said that they've never encountered these problems before and I'm getting worried that my laptop is gonna die. What is causing the sudden shutdowns upon startup? Btw, the sudden shutdown happened about 6-7 times already and it happens when it is on battery power. (I always keep the laptop charged) and I'm considering to upgrade to and SSD will it fix the high disk usage issue and the sudden shutdown issue? Please let me know.
