! Asus laptop with integrated battery won't turn on windows 10

Hello, could you please help me? My new laptop has some problems with turning on/off after the instalation of windows 10. Sometimes it is not turning off, now it is not possible to turn it on - so annoying!

Tried to press the button for 30, 45 seconds, everything...The baterry is fully charged.

Would be so thankful for any kind of help, thank you in advance!

Do you get to the BIOS screen or not? The version of Windows can't, to the best of my knowledge, break your power switch.

Thanks a lot for the reply! No, I do not see anything on the screen, the laptop is not even making any sound when trying to turn it on, so I would say to 95% that it just really does not turn on. But the button for the turning on/off is lightening..

It is really new, only 1 month. do you think there can be some problem with the whole laptop?
