For school, I decided that I needed something to type on, since my hand writing is bad.

I'm not wanting to spend much at all. Probably $110 at max. So I looked around and found about the best 2 tablet in this price range that I could find.

----------------------------------------------------------------

Asus MeMO Pad 7 (ME170c)
Intel Z2520 1.2GHz Dual Core
PowerVR SGX544MP2

Toshiba Excite Go (AT7-C8)
Intel Z3735G 1.3GHz Quad Core
Intel HD Graphics (Bay Trail-T)

----------------------------------------------------------------

The Toshiba is a bit more powerful, but how about its hardware and case? I've heard that the case is cheap. Then the Asus has 3G and just Asus's good quality.

I'm not sure which one to go with. I was wondering if anyone had more info or experience with these products.

Thanks in advance.

Toshiba is just not good quality, and if you in any way like to tinker with rooting and roms the toshiba will not have good support for it from the android community.

Thank you everyone for the replies. I've done alot more research, and have upped my budget to about $150 ($20 for keyboard and stuff). The Tablet that I am now thinking of is the Asus MeMO Pad 7 ME176CX

Its got the power of the Toshiba Excite Go, and the quality of the Asus tablet.

No need to give any more advice, as I'm pretty sure this is the one I want (though, it would be appreciated).
