Asus R558UF-XO044D vs HP Pavilion 15-ab035AX N4G45PA

I need to buy a laptop, and I have researched and analyzed and shortlisted and kicked-off and finally reached to a final stand-off between these two.

I'm leaning a bit towards the Asus since it has a really nice matte cover and a 930M, but leaning towards the HP because the specs show only two USB ports on the Asus.

I'd really like it if someone could find information about these two and list the pros and cons. (No need to consider the price as a factor).

I would actually go for the ASUS laptop, it has better CPU and GPU thought the HP has higher RAM. Depending on what application you'll use the laptop for as well will also have a factor when choosing one. Either laptop is good for gaming but for multimedia and if you'll use it for multiple tab browsing you'll need more RAM's which where the HP laptop has a lot compare to the ASUS laptop.
