Solved! ASUS RoG computer randomly shuts off

My Asus Republic of Gamers laptop was running and out of nowhere just black screened and shut off. Now every time it begins to boot it won’t even complete the full start up, it just shuts down. The fan still works and the battery was nearly full. It literally just started happening today. I’m not sure if it’s a power supply issue or what because even when plugged in or unplugged it has the issue

Sounds to me like either your GPU went bad, or the motherboard itself did. Which if the GPU went, you would likely need to replace the motherboard anyway.

If under warranty, I would contact the manufacturer. If not, try a local tech.
