Solved! Asus ROG GL703VM Fan Issue

Hello there.
I have a Asus ROG GL703VM Strix edition.
16 GB RAM
Intel I7 Seventh Gen.
Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB

Recently I noticed , as soon as I plugged the laptop to AC, the fans start running at max speed. This happens even when I am not playing any game or running any power intensive task. Also any game I play while on charge ,stutters and lags,but seems to run smoothly on battery. The FN+F5 key combination for controlling the fan speed is of no use.

reinstall all drivers from the ASUS homepage

especially chipset and ATK drivers, but nvidia and intel drivers as well

Any overclocking tool installed?

Set the power management to balanced
