Asus ROG repair

I have a Asus republic of gamer g60vx laptop no lights no power no sound but when I plug it in and press the power button a orange light comes on very fast and go's off right away the power adapter is new and working fine and I've took a meter to the board it's getting power the cpu is good I'm not sure about the gpu but I took out the cpu and gpu still same thing no bad caps nothing I can see any help please I don't have the money for a new motherboard

Ok I need some help with my Asus republic of gamer g60vx laptop no lights no power no sound but when I plug it in and press the power button a orange light comes very fast and go's off the power adapter is fine getting it's correct in/out the board is getting power cpu good not sure tho if the gpu is good or not I've removed the cpu and gpu it's like something on the board is stopping it from firing up no bad caps or anything I can see so please help again Asus republic of gamer g60vx laptop no lights no power no sound help please
