Solved! Asus switch to battery mode even while it's plugged in

Hello everyone...My Asus ROG g752VY doesn't read the adapter even while it's plugged in...it only happened after the latest windows 10 update.
The ac adapter and the battery are working perfectly...but the moment I touch something the computer goes to batery mode even while it's plugged.
I hope you help me find a solution to this probleme.

Inspect your power settings at control panel. Select High Performance if needed. I heard Microsoft will release a patch to resolve issues.

after the update i only have balanced power option which doesn't provide anything useful at all..Also is the probleme emerged after the update for other people too??

Are you sure there isn't an option for "more power settings" among the screen? If not you can edit the balanced power plan to your desires. I heard people complain about losing files, not this one though. Maybe you could leave a report of your problem at Microsoft. Also check the settings at the taskbar battery icon.

just created a new power plan and set to high performance...the probleme is still persisting unfortunatly
