I was using my laptop then i shut it down.
The next day i saw the power light was still on. I then restart the laptop by holding the power button. After that the power button, caps lock and airplane mode light turn on but the screen remain black. I tried holding down the power button dozen of times but ntg happen.

Solution
disconnect the battery pack for about 1minute (press power while unplugged from all power sources)

try again with battery pack

if it´s not working
try without battery pack with just the charger connected

which color does the battery charge indicator have? solid green, solid orange or blinking orange

reset BIOS

I have the same issue. My battery is internal. Black screen. Solid orange charging light. Motor is on, fan does not power up. No data light. Solid white Power light and flight mode light are the only ones illuminated.

@karina
the Asus q551L could be different to the ASUS UX305C, also the UX305C has 2years warranty pickup&return service, yours has just 1 year.

is your power LED on as well?

hardreset the laptop by removing the battery and pressing the power on button for about 45seconds.
try powering on without the battery, just the charger

remove the SSD, and try to get into BIOS
if this fails: remove wifi, all but one RAM

Took it to the my friends shop to get fixed. I trust him to tell the truth, he also dont charge me so its not like he will make up lies juft to do more work for free. The video card dont have enough space to breathe, thus burn. When burnt, burnt the motherboard. Replacing both... :(

yes, most likely it´s a hardware fault, but could be different issues because of different laptops involved in this thread. This makes it very difficult to find a solution.

But you are right in the way how to fix it: disassemble and have a look at burning marks or electrical smelling.
