asus ux360 sound problem

guys,,, i bought a new Asus ux360...everythig was ok with the sound till yesterday that i realized the sound is not good any more...specially in movies that is so sensible...the voice o people talking is ok but the background sound is very bad...how can I say...it has lags...I checked it with many movies I have and also with music's....what should I do ? THNAKS

I am a tad confused here. Are you saying in both movies and music that the voices/vocals are fine but the music itself is lagging?

Does this happen with only things installed on the device, or does it also happen when watching/listening to anything online?
